● Symptoms of low blood sugar (hypoglycemia): shaking, sweating, nervousness, jittery, irritability, dizziness, fast heart beat.

● Symptoms of high blood sugar (hyperglycemia): symptoms are not always clear, but may feel like a very mild version of low blood sugar symptoms. You might also feel slow/sluggish, have blurry vision and have trouble thinking clearly or making decisions.

Blood sugar goals will change depending on age and any other health problems an individual may have.

General Blood Glucose Goals:
● Before Meals 80-130 mg/dl
● After Meals <180 mg/dl A1C <7%
