2. Understand appropriate portion sizes.

4. Reading a nutrition label, and how to navigate the grocery store.

5. Physical activity - how to make it part of your routine.

6. Increase fruits and vegetables in the diet.

7. Teach the benefits of breakfast.

8. Encourage healthy snacks.

9. Identify a support system for long term health outcomes.

10. Reassess goals, it is okay for goals to evolve over time.
